I have recently bought and installed a six burner propane fueled gas kiln in Daxi, Taiwan. I am looking forward to firing my new kiln. I made some improvements to the kiln design in order to facilitate my needs. The first improvement was to install larger plumbing pipes to deliver more gas volume. Another upgrade to the kiln was adding a second and third layer to the arch to slow the cooling cycle. These improvements will help contribute to the success of the technical aspects and subtleties of the glazes that I have been developing.
